By accessing or using JaipurLawyers.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Nature of the Platform
JaipurLawyers.com is an online directory of advocates practising in Jaipur, Rajasthan. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not act as an intermediary between clients and advocates beyond facilitating discovery.
2. User Categories
- Clients / Visitors: Anyone accessing the site to find an advocate. No registration required for browsing.
- Advocates: Qualified legal practitioners enrolled with a State Bar Council, who register to maintain a professional listing.
- Administrators: Authorised personnel of JaipurLawyers.com who manage and verify listings.
3. Account Registration
To register as an advocate, you must provide accurate, current, complete information including a valid Bar Council enrollment ID. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
- No false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- No content that violates Bar Council of India Rule 36 (advertising restrictions)
- No superlative claims ("best", "top", "guaranteed results")
- No success rates, case outcomes, or comparative claims
- No defamatory, obscene, or unlawful content
- No spam, harassment, or solicitation of fees outside the platform's scope
- No automated scraping, data harvesting, or reverse engineering
5. Verification & Listing
Advocate listings are subject to verification by our team. We reserve the right to:
- Approve, reject, or suspend any listing at our sole discretion
- Require additional documents at any time
- Edit listings for BCI compliance
- Remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law
6. Subscription & Fees
Premium and Featured listings are paid subscriptions. Pricing is published on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. All paid plans are billed monthly. See Refund Policy for cancellation terms.
7. Inquiries & Engagements
When you submit an inquiry or contact an advocate, the resulting engagement is strictly between you and the advocate. JaipurLawyers.com is not a party to any retainer, agreement, or transaction between you and an advocate. We do not collect fees on behalf of advocates.
8. Disclaimer of Legal Advice
Nothing on this Platform constitutes legal advice. Information shown is provided by individual advocates. Always consult a qualified advocate directly for advice on your specific matter.
9. Reviews & Content
Reviews submitted by users are moderated for compliance. We reserve the right to reject reviews that contain personal attacks, unverified claims, or BCI rule violations. Honest, factual reviews are welcomed.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform code, design, and original content are owned by JaipurLawyers.com. Advocate-provided content (bio, photos, etc.) remains the property of the respective advocate, who grants us a license to display it on the Platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JaipurLawyers.com is not liable for any loss arising from your interaction with an advocate listed on the Platform, including legal outcomes, fees disputes, or quality of representation.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify JaipurLawyers.com against any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email or platform banner.
